Returns & Refunds Policy
We put a lot of care into what we make and how it’s produced. Because all items sold on our site are made to order or part of a pre-order, they’re created specifically for each customer once an order is placed. That helps us keep quality high and waste low, but it does mean returns work a little differently to a typical retail store.
If something arrives not quite right, here’s how we handle it.
If something is faulty or incorrect:
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, please email our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo showing the fault or damage
Once we’ve reviewed this, we’ll organise a replacement or refund if the issue meets our policy. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered.
What can be returned:
We accept returns only for items that are:
Faulty or damaged
Printed incorrectly due to a production error
Items must be unworn and in original condition, unless the fault occurred after washing due to a manufacturing issue.
What can’t be returned:
Because items are custom printed or made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Errors in approved artwork or order details
Colour differences between screen and printed product
Inferior quality, blurry, or low-resolution uploaded images
Stock delays from suppliers (see note below)
Courier delays once an order has been dispatched
Sizing & fit:
All sizing information is provided on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before ordering. As items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Colour, print & design variations:
Please note:
Colour variation is normal when printing onto garments and may differ from how it appears on your screen
Print size, placement, and scale may vary slightly depending on garment size and production requirements
Designs may be proportionally resized for very small or very large garments
If you need specific colour, size, or placement requirements, you must include this as a note with your order.
Pre-orders, production & stock availability:
Some items are produced as part of a pre-order or ordered from suppliers once your purchase is confirmed.
Production timeframes are estimates and may vary
If an item becomes unavailable with our supplier, we’ll contact you the next business day with alternative options or offer a full refund for that item
Order changes & cancellations:
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Shipping & delivery:
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues outside our control, but we’re happy to assist with courier enquiries where possible.
Your rights:
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
