Partner Shop Terms (Mini-Shops)

Our website offers partner brands the ability to run a mini-shop within our platform. While we manage the ecommerce and fulfilment side of things, each partner brand remains responsible for their own products and content.

What we look after:

We take care of:

  • Hosting the online store

  • Order processing and payments

  • Garment production and printing

  • Packaging and shipping to customers

  • Customer service relating to orders, delivery, and faults

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our site-wide Returns & Refunds Policy.

Partner responsibilities:

By operating a store on our platform, partner brands agree that they are responsible for:

  • All designs, artwork, logos, and branding supplied

  • Accuracy of product descriptions, sizing information, and colour selections

  • Ensuring they have the right to use any artwork, images, or intellectual property provided

  • Approving designs before products are made available for sale

  • Any claims made about their brand, products, or messaging

Once designs and product details are approved and live, we are not responsible for errors or omissions in supplied content.

Pre-order model:

All items are produced on a made-to-order or pre-order basis.

Because of this:

  • Products are manufactured only after a customer places an order

  • Changes cannot be made once production has started

  • Returns are limited to faulty or incorrectly produced items only

Payments & payouts:

Partner brands are paid out on either a fortnightly or monthly basis, as agreed prior to launch.

  • Payouts are calculated based on completed sales

  • An agreed wholesale rate is deducted from each sale before payout

  • Refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments will be deducted from the relevant payout period

  • Payouts are made to the nominated bank account supplied by the partner brand

A sales summary will be provided with each payout for transparency.

Customer experience:

While we manage fulfilment and customer service, partner brands acknowledge that:

  • Customer satisfaction is shared responsibility

  • Refunds and returns are assessed strictly in line with our policies

  • We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside those policies

General:

We reserve the right to remove products or suspend a partner store if content breaches our guidelines or causes repeated customer issues.
